Fixed Rate Contracts are
support packages where you pay a fixed amount each month for the
level of support set out in the contract.
This includes as much Planned Work or Emergency Call-Out as your organisation
requires, or
even a permanent presence on site, if required.
The level of support provided will include agreed response times and will set
out exactly how you
need to be covered. For this reason we can only offer Fixed Rate
Contracts pending a site survey.
The Fixed Rate Contract will also stipulate when support is to be available.
For most organisations,
weekday cover from 9am until 6pm is sufficient (office hours), however some
will require 24 hour
cover 7 days a week.
Emergency cover outside of these times, and Planned Work in the evenings or at
weekends can
be arranged as required (even if it is not part of the agreed cover period).
For all Fixed Rate Contracts, Telephone & Email Support is FREE OF CHARGE,
whenever needed.
